After a 4800 mile drive from Alexandria to San Diego, 15 states, a shreaded tire, cracked rim, and getting stuck in a sand dune, I made it to San Diego. My route started in 'ol Alexandria, VA, and took me through Atlanta, New Orleans, Dallas, up to Kansas City, Denver, the A-Bar-A Ranch in Wyoming, Arches National Park, UT, Flagstaff, AZ, and then San Diego. I started working as an engineer, living by the beach, surfing, meeting new people, almost everything a person could want.
